Fernando Martinez has been an integral part of Rent Ready Homes, serving as the Construction Superintendent for the past eight years. With a total of 12 years of experience in construction and project management within the residential sector, Fernando has successfully overseen over 300 residential projects. His expertise encompasses pre-development planning, budgeting, and construction kickoffs, ensuring each project is executed efficiently and to the highest standards. Rentready Homes is proud to have Fernando on board, bringing a wealth of knowledge and dedication to every endeavor. In his free time, Fernando enjoys spending time with his family and running.

Genesis serves as the Operations Manager at Rentready Homes, where she oversees project management and daily operations to ensure efficiency and excellence across the company’s initiatives. She brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles at RRH, having served as both a Senior Property Manager and a Project Operations Manager in Construction.
A graduate of Texas State University with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, Genesis combines a strong academic foundation with hands-on leadership in property and construction management. She is currently advancing her education by pursuing a master’s degree.
Outside of work, Genesis enjoys reading, traveling, exploring new cuisines as a dedicated foodie, volunteering with Child Advocates, and spending quality time with her beloved dog, Zeus.

Freddy has a background as a project manager in the industrial construction field. He discovered his passion for residential construction, which led him to join Rentready Homes five years ago. Since then, He has managed over 300 renovation projects with his team and built a strong network of subcontractors across multiple cities. Originally from Dallas, TX, he recently relocated to Houston to help expand our operations. Freddy says: "I love working for Rentready Homes; the environment here is fantastic, and this job is more than just work for me—it's a true passion." In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym, reading books, watching movies, and spending time with his family.

Jordan started property management as a painter. He worked up to make ready tech, getting homes ready for new tenants. He then got an opportunity as a property manager at a large corporation serving over 100,000 rental properties, mainly focused on new construction homes. He worked there for 7 years before coming to Rentready Homes.

Rodolfo Santini is the dedicated Leasing Manager at Rentready Homes. With a comprehensive understanding of the leasing process, Rodolfo expertly oversees everything from lead management and application reviews to renewals and tenant negotiations. His commitment to excellence ensures smooth and efficient leasing operations, fostering positive tenant relationships and contributing to the overall success of our property management team.

With 4 years of property management experience, Danie started as a green leasing agent and worked her way up to Assistant Property Manager. Though she’s new to RentReady Homes, she brings a fresh perspective from managing both multifamily and single-family properties across the country. Danie is passionate about making tenants feel truly at home and helping prospective renters feel welcomed and informed every step of the way.

Josue Salgado is a recent graduate of the University of Houston, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Construction Management. A proud Seabee in the United States Navy, Josue currently serves as a reservist while also bringing his strong work ethic and leadership skills to the private sector.
He began his journey with Rentready Homes in 2024 as an intern, where he quickly demonstrated a strong ability to translate classroom knowledge into real-world applications. Now serving as a full-time Construction Manager, Josue oversees property renovations and ensures projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and going for runs, finding balance between his professional and personal life through outdoor activities.

Jose Ponce is a proud Houston native and a 2024 graduate of the University of Houston. With years of hands-on experience in residential construction, he brings passion, precision, and a deep commitment to quality to every project. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, gaming with friends, and spending quality time with his wife.

With over six years of experience in the property management industry, Amber Deo brings a solution-focused mindset and positive energy to every endeavor. A proud Houston native, she has worked across multifamily and senior living communities, gaining expertise in both conventional and affordable housing. She is known for building genuine connections and fostering environments where residents feel truly at home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time by the water, discovering new restaurants, walking nature trails, and planning her next travel adventure.

Connie holds an operational role in property management and oversight, providing methodical assistance in internal processes that help optimize the company’s performance. A Law graduate from Universidad del Norte in Barranquilla, Colombia, she is passionate about organization and efficiency in every project she takes on.
Beyond her professional role, she is a proud dog mom, URBEX enthusiast, and an avid taster of chocolate chip cookies.

Karol is a Civil Engineer from Universidad de la Costa in Barranquilla, Colombia, with over 10 years of professional experience in the construction industry. Her background spans residential construction, remodeling, interior and space design, and custom furniture projects. As Head of Construction Administration, she focuses on optimizing processes, tracking project progress, and providing strong support to the on-field construction team. She is passionate about innovative approaches and has a strong interest in AI and technology. Outside of work, she is a proud pet mom, enjoys outdoor activities, and loves spending time with her family.

Alexander Mozo Florez began his career with RentReady Homes in February 2025 as a Leasing Assistant and was quickly promoted to Maintenance Coordinator, a role in which he now oversees and supports property maintenance operations. He brings over 10 years of experience working with U.S.-based companies across multiple industries, having held positions such as account manager, supervisor, appointment setter, customer service representative, sales coordinator, and maintenance coordinator. At 35 years old, Alexander’s diverse professional background, adaptability, and dedication make him a valuable contributor to RentReady Homes’ mission. He is proud to be part of the team and is committed to helping the company achieve its goals and continued success.

Over the past year and a half, Paula has led key operational initiatives at Rent Ready Homes, overseeing departments including maintenance, marketing, and tech coordination. She has played a pivotal role in streamlining workflows, improving property readiness, and enhancing communication with tenants, HOAs, and vendors.Her contributions include restructuring the maintenance work order system, developing reporting and backlog tools, leading HR and payroll processes in compliance with Colombian law, and coordinating cross-functional efforts across marketing, finance, and legal. She also spearheaded initiatives to clean and assess long-vacant units, accelerating the leasing process and improving service delivery.
